Ingredients:

Mascarpone Cheese White Chocolate Strawberries Additional White or Semisweet Chocolate for Dipping or Drizzling

Tools:

Medium Bowl Spatula or Wooden Spoon Baking Sheet Pastry Bag or Resealable Plastic Bag

Tips:

White chocolate burns easily. Melt it carefully in a double boiler. Make sure berries are completely dry before dipping. A wet surface will prevent the chocolate from sticking to the strawberries.
