Round Cake Pan Sifter/Strainer Medium Bowl Stand Mixer/Hand Mixer Spatula Cutting Board Bread Knife


Sift the flour before measuring it out. Your butter should give slightly when pressed. If it's too soft you'll have flat, greasy shortbread.
