Olive Oil Broccoli Florets Onions Garlic Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Freshly Ground Nutmeg Chicken or Vegetable Stock Heavy Cream or Half and Half Salt and Pepper Sliced Mushrooms


Large Pot or Dutch Oven Wooden Spoon or Silicon Spatula Ladle Blender Medium Sauté Pan
