Creamy Broccoli Soup with Mushrooms

Olive Oil Broccoli Florets Onions Garlic Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Freshly Ground Nutmeg Chicken or Vegetable Stock Heavy Cream or Half and Half Salt and Pepper Sliced Mushrooms

Tools:

Large Pot or Dutch Oven Wooden Spoon or Silicon Spatula Ladle Blender Medium Sauté Pan

Tips:

Use a bit of the broccoli stalk in your soup. It holds a ton of flavor! Don't let the soup boil after you’ve added the cream or half and half.
