Beef Stew

Ingredients:

Boneless Beef Chuck Salt Free Seasoning  Flour Onions Garlic carrots Baby Potatoes Thyme Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Red Wine Beef Stock Bay Leaves Rice

Tools:

Large Heavy-Bottomed Pot or Dutch Oven Tongs or Slotted Spoon Wooden Spoon

Tips:

Brown beef in batches to avoid overcrowding your pan. Cut onions, carrots and potatoes into chunks about 1-inch pieces. Cut  them too small and they won’t withstand the long cooking time.
