Live Events & Cooking Demonstrations
I can cook live at your next conference, expo, festival or event. I can conduct live cooking demonstrations, lead cooking classes, judge cooking competitions, prepare and serve food or represent brands at booths. I’ve cooked at the Tavis Smiley Road to Health Expo, Mercy Medical Center, Carroll County Hospital Center, the Viking Showroom the National Kidney Foundation Conference and the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival. I’ve worked with Viking, Mrs. T’s Pierogies, Blue Star, Morningstar, General Mills and the National Mango Board.
Recipes & Food Styling
I can develop original recipes featuring your products or appliances or style your recipes for live television or photography. I’ve styled recipes for Benbella Publishing, Outback, Hillshire Farms, Mrs. T’s Pierogies, Zespri, Food Network, Meals on Wheels, Pati’s Mexican Table and the American Diabetes Association. I’ve tested and styled more than 100 recipes for The Meals on Wheels Family Cookbook and styled and styled and photographed recipes for The China Study All Star Cookbook. My food styling tips have been featured in Woman’s World Magazine.
