Valentine's Day MenuTired of the same Valentine’s Day routine Time After Time? Flowers? Check. Candy? Check. Dinner reservation at a crowded restaurant? Sigh. Think outside the box of chocolates this year and plan a Valentine’s Day menu at home that will make your special someone Crazy For You. If the thought of cooking a romantic meal gets you Weak in the knees, simmer down! I’ve got you covered down to the cocktail (think champagne and raspberries)!

These recipes are simple enough for a beginner but tasty enough to serve to your Funny Valentine. Don’t worry, it won’t take you All Night Long to cook my Pecan-Crusted Salmon with Green Beans & Tomato or my Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon with Garlic Roasted Asparagus; and my delicious twist on Bananas Foster will be the happy ending to your big dinner date.
