Foods That Make You Feel Good

If you hold stock in the shadows (or non-shadows) of groundhog weather forecasters then you know an early spring is in the works. Just in case Punxutawney Phil got it wrong and the cold, dark days of winter linger on here are a five foods you can eat to keep the winter blues at bay.

What do they have in common? They all help your brain produce serotonin, a naturally-occurring chemical that can boost your mood. (Many antidepressants, in fact, are designed to increase seratonin levels.) If you can’t have a little sunshine outside, these foods will definitely add a little sunshine to your plate.
